Recessing manhole - safety hazard, 1st September
Cover and support assembly is recessing into the road surface with tarmac spalling around the assembly. Cover is rocking in place as vehicles hit it. Estimate recession approx. 10cm.

Obstructive parking, 20th March
Vans (at least 2) are being consistently parked in narrow roadway, preventing access to residents and emergency vehicles. This is a direct safety hazard in the event of fire ot other emergency in the close. One resident pedestrian has already been involved in an accident due to vehicles having to drive on the wrong side of the road and over the footpath.
