Area of sunken road around manhole., 2nd July
Large area of sunken road surface around manhole cover directly outside 43 Egmont Road suggesting major void or sinkhole beneath road surface. Buses/large vehicles hitting area of sunken road cause neighbouring properties to be noticeably shaken, potentially damaging foundations or other structural damage to said properties. This problem seems to be significantly worse suggesting major structural failure beneath road surface.

Badly damaged and potholed road surface, 11th May
For approx 200m along Hoyal Road from the Lake Road junction the road surface is damaged. Primary cause was the heavy plant used during construction of the Barchester Upton Bay care home on the corner. This is now complete and it looks very smart but the developers have left the road surface in a poor state. The building works were completed by March 2021 but no effort has been made to repair the road surface (apart from a small patch by their access road).

Environmental diesel damage caused by YOUR contractors, 28th March
On edge of new laid grass following wessex water work through upton country park. Diesel spillage left from vehicles or generator following work.
Why did you not check the area following completion especially considering you are telling us how much the environment means to you as a council - and blocking off edge wetland walk around upton country park - to protect 'the enviroment'.

Abandoned car no MOT, 21st October
Car has no MOT, parked on main road, parked the wrong way around at night time and has not been moved in weeks.

White Transit Van abandoned since 04/07/20 blocking yard entrance to Arthur Brays Yard, 5th July
This vehicle has been parked partially across the entrance to an industrial unit site since 04/05/20 late at night. The vehicle is showing as untaxed and un-insured, although has a valid MOT. Registration of vehicle is: AD08 OTL. It is causing severe problems for vehicles exiting the yard gates as it is parked at an angle over the pavement on double yellow lines making exiting the yard very difficult.

Pothole appearing, 27th March
Pothole is becoming larger here, with buses constantly going over it aswell as other traffic it is getting bigger by the day, hard to avoid as it is in an area where you turn a corner and there are parked vehciles near by therefore limiting your chances to try avoid this pothole

Abandoned and unroadworthy mazda bongo silver reg P497 PKE, 27th March
Vehicle is un-roadworthy no back lights as it has all been ripped off, rusted wheel arches which extends further under body.has been dumped in road and left but has never been seen in this area before. vehicle has not moved in over a week.

Keep Clear box removed not replaced, 25th September
There was a keep clear box outside our work premises but after the road was resurfaced it was not put back again. In peak times the driveway is blocked and a queue is caused very close to the traffic lights. This sometimes results in the right turn onto Rigler Road being blocked and no cars able to move.

Keep clear markings removed and not replaced outside 141 Blandford Road., 24th September
Access to and from our company premesis have been greatly hindered, at peak times, since the removal of the "Keep Clear" road markings outside our premesis. We are located very close to the traffic lights for Rigler Road. The tail back often blocks our access. Vehicles waiting to access will often block the road, sometimes leading to angry confrontations. We have raised this matter with PBC previously but were told that they were not replacing any of these markings for cost reasons. However, all now appear to have been replaced with the exception of the one outside of our premesis.

Car causing obstruction to vehicles & pedestrians, 17th July
This vehicle parks here every morning at school drop off (8.15-8.45) & afternoon at sch pick up ( 2.45-3-05) it causes issues for pedestrians walking on the pavement and it’s very dangerous trying to enter / leave the close as it’s blocking one side of the road.

There are numerous potholes in West Street between the Queen Mary pub and both bridges, 10th May
These potholes have been here for months and are getting larger by the day. Some are significant in size and depth and need repairing as a matter of urgency before someone's car is severely damaged or someone is injured (i.e. cyclist, etc)

Black wheelie bin abandoned., 12th December
This old size black wheelie bin has been left on footpath for over a month. It is overflowing and abandoned. Binmen don't empty this style anymore.
