Overhanging foliage on pavement, 20th March
Over a month ago I emailed Poole Council to report that a huge amount of foliage overhanging the fence outside No. 78 Haven Road was obstructing the pavement and causing a danger as people were having to walk in the road to avoid it. No action as yet has been taken to remove it. The reference number Poole Council gave me is RIC 106369872.

Sectional road repair approx 9ft square at the bottom of Haven Road on the Shore Road Junction turning Right, 3rd April
At the bottom of the Haven Road/Shore Road Junction is a sectional road repair approx 3x3 feet. Turning Right from Haven Road into Shore Road on a motor bike or cycle is dangerous and creates a real risk of Death. The problem is that the repair is poor quality (workmanship and/or materials) as the seams/joins between the primary/existing road and the repaired surface are too big and act line tramlines which then remove/divert the control of a motor bike/cycle. Yesterday evening I was out on my motor bike and 'tram-lined' the repairs and almost fell off my bike but still badly jarred my leg which is affecting my walking today. I have checked on Google Earth and the repairs are clearly visible so this work was done some time ago. I would also add that substrate from the repair is being progressively removed so will become an even bigger risk to road users including cars. This 'old' repair MUST be fixed permanently URGENTLY as it is dangerous and will KILL someone. I have no doubt that other people will have fallen off their motorbike/cycle in the past whilst this situation remains.

3rd world road, 27th February
The surface on the return section of Panorama Rd is appalling particularly for cyclists. The cycle track is unusable safely and the rest of the road is not much better. I use the road for cycling and am amazed each time that my bike survives the trip. I am also surprised that the residents haven't complained considering the the levels of council tax they must be paying.

Blocked Public Footpath 85 BH13 7PQ, 21st October
RE: Retro - 2 new houses under construction at 2, Shore Road
The owner of the property at 2 Shore Road has put up new fences which, it is alleged, encroach Footpath 85 making it very narrow. The owner has also erected higher fencing than before making the pathway dark and enclosed.
The Borough of Poole (BoP) officers have the power to stop work on the site if the development contravenes any planning application agreement or fails to meet BoP inspection requirements.
BoP have not ordered work to stop.
Since September, residents and local associations have asked BoP to exercise their authority, but to no avail.
Many Poole residents are very angry and have been giving their carhorns and long blast or a series of toots
The fences need to be moved to their restore access

This road should be designated as a footpath and cycle way. Children play near this road by the beach. It is also the only safe walking route to Poole ferry port from Bournemouth. Kindly remove motor traffic from this road immediately. This would also boost tourism to SAFE Bournemouth.
