We have just moved into a house 53a Ainsworth Road bury The back street that’s behind our house has a couple of piles of rubbish which has been there since we moved in 2 months ago. There is also a brown bin directly behind our back fence which is full of general waste so it’s obviously not being emptied but it’s outside our house.
