Raised edging kerb and potholes, 9th April
It wouldn’t let me upload more than one picture however there are several Potholes right at the end of the cul de sac on rotherhead close outside number 15. This is were the bin wagon stops which I feel is causing damage - there is also a trip hazard with a kerb As a frequent visitor to the close I frightened there is going to be damaged caused to my car and that of residents

Large van returned to park on the pavement, 30th March
The large AGR removals and storage van has returned to Richmond Street parking on the pavement again. This kind of heavy traffic is seriously damaging Rock Street and Richmond Street causing potholes to open up. There is a pothole on the junction of Richmond Street at the turn into Queen Street.

Main drain cover lose in middle of road, 30th March
Large main drain cover is loose causing loud banging noise which is keeping residence awake. Every car the crosses it causes the loud bang that can be heard for 100s yards away. No sleep is causing issues.

Blocked road water drain, 30th March
The road water drain is blocked at the entrance to the Old Vicarage causing flooding to the road and lifting existing repairs to potholes in the area. Drain most likely blocked with the lifted repair debris as it all over the pavement too. Plus 2 large pot holes have reappeared that need repairing.

Pavement is blocked with mud and fallen trees, 30th March
The Blackrod side of the pavement is not usable because of all the fallen tree branches. Also mud has slipped from the fields for a long stretch of the pavement on that side, roots have lifted the pavement making it impassable for the disabled.

Parking on the pavement, 23rd February

Chorley Road Blackrod, 11th December
The whole of Chorley Road Blackrod is breaking up due to the diversion of heavy traffic off the A6 due to the long roadworks diversion caused by Cadent. Not only is the Road surface now dangerous and becoming worse but the speed that traffic enter Chorley Road is far higher than the speed limit. This is causing noise, aggression and danger to other Road users and residents of Chorley Road.

Standing water / drainage issue, 9th November
Yesterday there was lots of standing water between M61 J6 and Rivington Services in both directions - causing cars to go very slowly and some to aquaplane. It would appear that there could be a drainage issue on this stretch of the M61. Please can it be investigated.

Trip hazard +missing litter bin outside of Romany chippy at 547 Chorley New Rd Horwich BL6 6JT, 20th October
Council litter bin has rotted/ vandalised/ missing for some weeks now. Needs replacing because there are seven takeaways, one Co-op and one off-licence in very close proximity. There is also a trip hazard caused by the metal frame and concrete that is still in evidence on the pavement where the bin was previously situated before its demise.
