Deep pothole just off the pavement, 30th March
When filled with water this pothole is dangerous to pedestrians as it is unclear how deep it is. My elderly parents fell down after twisting their ankle in the hole.

Street advertising 20 meters from the shop premises, 11th January
A shop in Lytham, Revente, Pleasant Street, Lytham has placed an A frame advert 20 meters away from their premises, this is without planning permission. A Fylde enforcement officer, Richard Hoyle, has written to the shop owner, she has removed one and left another. The sign is on a public footpath.

Blocked drain, 29th April
Main drain outside Mews Cottage is completely blocked. Concerned heavy rain might cause flooding of property. To be honest, I don’t think any of the drains in the street have been cleaned for years. Looking at the other drains in the street they look choked with leaves etc. Thank you Andy Evans

Extremely bad flooding, 1st March
A long section o& this Public Footpath is badly flooded and impassable throughout the whole year. The only way to avoid this it by trespassing into the private caravan park land. The water is also contaminated by run off and leaching from the County Council refuse facility and therefore is an additional hazard to the public.

Livesey St blocked drain, 24th November
Previously reported to Lancs Highways,drain blocked. Would appear that Highways no longer maintaining a policy of drain maintenance resulting in recent months with increased rainfall,flooding on many areas. Blocked drains in rural areas with fields flooding onto roads will result in freezing weather potential dangerous road surfaces.

A very large bag with builder merchants name 3ft high, 19th November
This deposited bag obstructs the narrow pavement on a busy street. it also obstructs access to and exit from my clinic treatment area. making it very difficult for elderly patients in particular and those with severe pain.

Missed street cleaning top end Swainson Street, Lytham, 3rd August
Little or no street cleaning of Swainson Street for months. Constant build up of leaves and detritus left to residents to remove and road drains now blocked leading to flooding when rain heavy. At least 4 online complaints re this problem previously submitted.

Subsidence of tarmac filler at prom entrance to Bath Road, 29th July
This problem has existed for a number of months now. A fairly deep "pothole" has developed because the tarmac used to fill a (gas/water pipe?) repair has subsided to the extent that it could cause significant car steering or suspension damage.

Broken drain, 19th July
Water is seeping continuously from under the pavement outside 1 East Cliffe, Lytham. The problem was reported to United Utilities but they adjudged the problem not to be theirs as they have no record of a water pipe and the water, when tested, contains no chlorine. They therefore advise that it be reported to the council.

Collapsed road - United Utilities have advised it is a storm drain that has collapsed, 23rd June
Road is sinking into a large hole next to the pavement. A resident has fallen and hurt her knees as a result so this needs Sorting out ASAP.
