Sign is causing a safety issue, 6th November
The very large yellow sign you have put on the footpath to advise of upcoming closure of the A585 for lighting upgrades has been placed so that it obscures the view of oncoming traffic (which is VERY fast) from pedestrians and cyclists who are using the new crossing point to the north of Morrison's roundabout.

Incomplete pedestrian work, 14th February
Recently modifications have taken place on this roundabout. There is now a pedestrian area half way across Victoria Road East accessible from the north but not the south due to remaining barriers. Walking from the south it is necessary to progress eastwards along Victoria Rd to cross to the north. And vice versa

There, that got your attention. Although to be fair, i'd expect some sort of algorithm/artificial intelligence has reported to you that these traffic lights at this location need sorting, (as i've been a busy boy today) and have done since early 2021. Its now Sept 2022. Just saying.

Traffic light timing, 21st September
The timing of the lights at West Drive / Amounderness Way is awful. Turning right into West Drive from Fleetwood at busy times is difficult as the lights only allow 4-5 cars through. This is even more frustrating when you can see other junctions have a green light showing without any traffic present. The issue has been present for 2 years+. Can sensors not be used on the lights to maximise efficiency?

Traffic light timing A585/West Drive, 11th September
For as long as i can remember (6 months +) the timings for the light on the junction of A585/West Drive are abysmal. The traffic on West Drive will clear, yet the light remain Green for a significant period of time, sometimes 1+ Minute with nothing coming or waiting. This is evident on both side of the junction.
The timings need to be amended. When its busy, its ok, but in quieter times its a joke. I thought this junction was redone a couple of years back and made it 'Smart'. If so, somethings not right.

Pedestrian and Cycle Path Markings are worn, 3rd September
The crossing on the A585 with Linden Ave has separate lanes and lights for pedestrians and cycles but the path markings are now so worn you cannot make them out. As a regular user of the cycle lane I have found, on too many occasions, pedestrians using it instead of the pedestrian one, this is potentially dangerous as well as being frustrating. The signage needs to be much clearer. They have been in this state for many years.

Discarded wood and rubbish on space opposite one stop shop on Rossendale Ave South. Been there months. An eyesore. Not sure if this is public land or belongs to one of the nearby houses….?
