Almost every day there is fresh dog poo outside the house, 10th April
There seems to be more poo on the street outside our house on a daily basis, my wife thinks she saw an older gentleman with a pug type dog rushing away after letting his dog poo outside.

This person parks here continuously blocking the road, 21st February
This is a visitor to the area and parks their car like this every time they are here. They refuse to come out and move it and even council binmen have had to reverse their LGV's back down the road

Black smoke coming from log burner, 9th January
The property has black smoke coming from it's log burner chimney that makes the whole area stick of burning, it comes in through our windows leaving us unable to vent them to get fresh are into our bedroom.

Road Markings, 30th December
The Road Markings at the junction of Washington Avenue and Samlesbury Avenue need redefining and possibly a give way sign erected. This is the third crash in as many months here and this one had 2 hospitalised I believe. The drivers fly down Samlesbury and if you get someone who ignores the give way signs the inevitable will happen

Dangerous alternative to standard fencing, 13th November
I think the photo speaks for itself. This wooden structure is so dangerous a small child or animal could of been under this lot. Any vehicle could be hit with it and the footpath now is not accessible pedestrians. This hideous structure was put up in about ten minutes, in the DARK less than seven days ago!!

24 lots of dog poo, 7th November
Along the length of Washington Avenue between Samlesbury and the end of Maxwell Grove I counted 24 lots of dog poo. Come on you dirty lazy people pick it up.

The street light on Chatsworth lane (gated) is not working, it is on lane directly behind 334 - 344 Queens Promenade. The individual light is directly behind 340 Queens Promenade and is on the corner.
