Dangerous potholes now getting worse every day as heavy vehicles also use this lane. You can’t see them at night and when they are full of dirty water. The upper section of this lane called cross hills lane has been stripped back and resurfaced so there’s no excuse for hardacre lane to be left looking like a shambles.

This road needs looking at urgently the potholes are getting worse on this road. When the wether is bad you don't see them as they fill with water so you can't tell that they are NOT just puddles!!

Abandoned car on road opposite Rufus Carr's garage ,Silver Ford Mondeo on Irish plates ., 24th October
-There are no pedestrian footways and the large beech hedge is now growing around the vehicle . The owner of the car lives some 150 metres away and the owner of the hedge requested that the vehicle be moved to give a contractor access , he was uncooperative . The siting of the vehicles forces pedestrians to walk in the middle of the carriageway which is subject to the national speed limit ( 60mph ) ,additionally at night the vehicle does not display any lights . The vehicle hasn't moved for at least eight weeks and the owner is now using another , an orangery red Ford Mondeo .
