Caravanappears to have bee abondoned, 19th March
A caravan appears to have been abandoned outside 73 Grange Street. The caravan first appeared there around 3 weeks ago and is partially on the pavement with its corner steadies wound down. Two steadies are on the road whilst the other 2 steadies are on the pavement. The caravan is not attached to a vehicle and is not lit at night which I believe all trailers must be.
