Dirt, rubbish on pavement, 10th April
After reading about how Rawtenstall is the place to live! Walked my dogs from Rawtenstall centre home down Bacup Road ( the main highway ) almost into Waterfoot. Wow, certainly not been swept or cleaned in a long long time. Even outside the Police station there is rubbish. Surely being so busy this should be swept weekly. Terrible!

Dog fouling on pavement, 31st January
There are regular large amounts of dog poo left on the pavement for people to walk in! This happens directly outside the Boys office which is not good for business as it gives a bad impression, but also further up Todd Carr Road too. It is unhygienic.

Drain full of rubble, 1st January
Two drains are full to the top with rubble and the water cannot drain away. First is right in front of the footpath access to stag hills woods from Bacup Rd, second is outside 466. Washes rubble down from the woods ALL the time.

Dog Poo!!, 22nd November

Problem emptying bins, 28th November
Residents of Victoria Mill have ongoing problem with bin emptying. We are going to make one of our dedicated car park spaces into bin only store but unfortunately because cars park on both sides of Victoria parade, often the bin lorry cannot gain access. Is there a possibility of designating the left hand side into a no parking zone, there is car parks in Waterfoot.

High pitched irregular noise, 2nd November
There's a strange high pitched ticking noise (loud enough to go through normal traffic/household noises) and it sounds like the ticking from a morse code machine. We think it's coming from the street light or the telephone pole. The council website doesn't have a noise report system for this kind of fault. It worsens in the poor weather and wind. It's been consistent for a number of hours tonight.

Kerbs loose lethal and I fell on one very dangerous to pedestrians, 11th October
These Kerbs are loose tilting and very dangerous, I fell into the road as it rocks and hurt myself, If a car was coming I would have been killed.

Issues with cars parking either side of the entrance to Dobbin Close causing issues existing Dobbin close, 1st October
There are issues with cars and particularly vans parking on the entrance/exit of Dobbin Close on Peel Street. This is causing line of site issues when trying to exit Dobbin Close safely heading in both directions but particularly towards Newchurch Road.
