There looks like a drain is blocked at the top of Ashwood Avenue Oakdale., 7th May

Rubbish has been here for weeks causing rats to form around whole of the streets can the council do something about this as its been piling up and not getting cleared why are the flats who keep dumping this rubbish are getting away with this.
