Extensive/expanding paving failure., 26th April
Substantial extent of full depth failure, including reflective cracking , joint degradation, channel collapse and gully-pot sinking. Hazards presented to 2 wheel users (distributor through residential area with appreciable levels of bicycle use by children, adults). Long term degradation, badly patched. Recently spraymarked location is embarriassingly inadequate - can only be for an emergency cutback and tamp "repair"? Quality patch repairs of much greater extent are required to even remotely mitigate residual safety risk. Potential for vehicle damage insurance claims is rising and not effectively mitigated.

Rubbish all over pavements and road, 6th March
There is an unacceptable amount of takeaway litter from the local takeaways littering the pavement and road both sides in our area. I have already picked up bags full and now filled my own domestic bin which unacceptable as only emptied every two weeks. This litter has been growing big for the last three weeks.

Totally blocked drain, 24th December
Reported this last year plus the drain he t one up on Revidge Road last year still blocked and water flows round the corner casing silting up on the pavement

Issue with recent light sequence change, 11th December
The light sequence at the junction of Whalley Old Road and the A6119 at Sunny Bower was changed about 4 weeks ago. Since then, there are tailbacks up to Stonehill Nursery at Sunnybower from 8am. The photo atttached shows vehicles queuing from the direction of Brownhill up to the Sunny Bower lights. The lights don't allow traffic to flow from Brownhill through the lights to Whitebirk, instead they are held in the small section of the A6119 between the lights. This holds up traffic both from Brownhill and Sunny Bower. Prior to 4 weeks ago this junction was mainly clear, now it is mainly gridlocked.

Illegally parked vehicles from neighbouring residents visitors, 8th December
This problem has been gradually getting worse and has been reported numerous times and nothing has been done. It prevents me from safely leaving my drive with visibility restricted from traffic in both directions. Some people think they can park anywhere whenever they want.
