Three main areas of fly tipping, 15th April
M65 verges off Junction 12 heading towards Burnley. Large amount of fly tipping in 3 main area. Most recent in last 2 days.There is one area near the top of the field/verge of dumped black bin bags. Middle of the field verge there are multiple grey/white bags and further along is an old bath and other rotting wood/plasterboard and plastic. They are easily seen from the public footpath behind Chatburn Park drive and easily reached from the motorway verge as vegetation hasn’t yet grown.

Think this is a rented house. Homeowners not showing any responsibility in recycling their waste or using the bins, instead dumping it out in the backstreet. Perfect for rodents. Even the bins are over filled.

Road collapse, 14th May
Every few months the road sinks, I report this and the council come and fill it with tarmac. They never bother to investigate why it sinks. It has now sunk again. Lancashire County Council needs to stop wasting money with temporary fixes and do a PROPER job.

There is builders waste dumped at the rear if 71/73 St Marys st and the wind has blown it the length kr the backstreet.
Please can the rubbish be removed in the first instance and then a notice issued to the homeowners to bring their properties back into use.
Furthermore the installation of temporary CCTV or signage would assist to catch the culprits.
Please remove immediately.

St Marys St, 12th February
There are untaxed abandoned vehicles left on the highway, some in a dangerous state with bits falling off.
There are also some vehicles with no number plates that require urgent removal.
This is a hotspot for drug dealing and usage around the mill on St Marys st so please involve the DVLA and Police and get these items removed.
