Litter all down the slip road heading towards Colne on m65 from gannow top roundabout and also heading the other direction on the m6 towards Preston the same amount of litter just pileing up eveeywhere down that slip road and on the grassed areas down the main carriage way. Would also like to make you aware there is lots of road maintenance signs and cones just been left at the side of the main carriage way which is really disgusting. This has been a long going problem particularly at these two locations. It would really be much appreciated if this can be resolved ASAP. Many thanks concerned residents.

Unregulated Burning of Refuse, 18th July
The unregulated burning of refuse has been going on at this site for years. The regular and continual burning of who-knows-what not only causes air polution, but also most likely causing contamination of the ground and water courses in the vicinity. At times, the smoke generated from this site is so thick as to cause road safety issues for motorists using New Road. Photos taken from almost 2 miles away in Mereclough.

Untaxed Vehicles Parked on our car park by a none resident of the street, 26th April
This person used to live with his partner at 36 David Street, but he no longer lives there and now he lives somewhere on Berry Street, BB11 2LE. This person is called Shaun, he has two large vans and parks them on David Street everyday and overnight when he is not driving them. Both vehicles are not taxed and one is not insured. Vehicle registrations are EF05 CHD this has not been taxed since 16th January 2023 and it is not insured. The other vehicle is X631 DHF, this has not been taxed since 1st November 2021. This person is taking up car parking space on our car park which is used for residents and visitors. One is parked outside no. 32 David Street and the other is parked at the bottom of David street and this would cause an accident if we get any snow as he is parked near to a residents vehicle, meaning it is only small tight area to drive past in order to get onto the car park. There are also 2 run-down caravans parked on David street that look an eyesore and they looked like there are beyond repair and they have not been used for years, they belong to 38 David Street and the other belongs to 36 David Street. It is such a mess and we want to keep our area tidy and we don't want neighbours to start arguing about these issues.
