I found 5 voting envolap some one post postal vote but these all i found on kenelm raod on floor some are riped some are not i just picked up and put in post box but today i seen on more on floor .this way they wasted peoples vote

Once again I'm reporting this issue regarding the bin men not clearing up all the rubbish they only cleared the black bags. I reported this last week or so and they have just cleared it today but did not sweep the rest of the rubbish which has been their for weeks now.
