Poor road surface, 11th March
The road surface outside The Conifers (after the Ullenhall turning) and up the small hill is in very poor condition and needs attention. I seem to remember a water leak/ice there fairly recently this winter which has obviously damaged the road surface.

Persistent pothole at the entrance to Arden Road, 4th March
This pothole keeps reappearing every couple of months as it's being filled in badly - about 2 weeks after it gets filled in, exactly the same place is loose again and then a other pothole appears! It's dangerous to drive over and is damaging cars!

A dead branch has fallen on the telephone cable which crosses the road just by the entrance to the old Warwickshire College site. The weight may bring down the pole on opposite side of the road which may then fall onto passing traffic

Repair to tree root damaged pavement outside 59 High Street B95 5AA, 31st January
The tree root which has damaged the pavement outside 59 High Street B95 5AA has been ‘addressed’ However, the area has been Patch repaired with Tarmac in a rounded lump which is as much, if not more of a hazard as the tree root itself.
Surely when completing a task issues of safety are taken into consideration before work is signed off as completed satisfactorily?

Luminous Water running along Footpath from Golf Club to Birmingham RD, 1st January
Whilst walking over the weekend we noticed a blocked Drain at the Golf Club end entrance to footpath which runs past the Henley Town Carpark.
Water was over flowing and running down the right hand side of the footpath, it had a cloudy grey appearance which changed to a bright Turqouise and pooled by the kissing gate from the path by the Birmingham Road.
Not sure why this was occurring or what was causing the discolouration, but it was a little disconcerting to see. Especially when in proximity to a public footpath where people regularly walk with children and pets.
