Flytipped rubbish in Old Green Lane, nr Chadwick End, 17th February
There are two separate flytipped heaps of rubbish in the middle of the road in the section of Old Green Lane that has been designated as unsuitable for motor vehicles.
The rubbish contains some plasterboard and a car battery, which are obviously contamination hazard, as well as electrical goods (including a complete washing machine and an electric light) plus other bags of domestic rubbish, and garden waste
I walk this road regularly and it was not there on Thursday, so I suspect it was dumped Thursday or Friday night

80 mm deep pothole Oldwich Lane West, 17th February
Large pothole 80 mm deep and approx 750 mm x 400 mm on the South-west side of the road (heading towards Chadwick End) and is beginning to break up even more. This could now easily damage a car's wheel, tyre or suspension. It is located just before the entrance gate to the wood yard, which is on the right
Some of the problem could be persistent water across the surface of the road due to the roadside drains being blocked in places, so in some cases water comes out of the drain rather than draining into it.
