The neighbours at no.27 keep have damaged the grass verge with inconsiderate parking They park on the grass verge. Drive over it. It has made the avenue look untidy. They are no blocking the pavement by parking on the pavement. This means no one can use the pathway. This has been going on for 1 year and making it hard for me to walk with my baby's push chair. I have to walk in the road to get around their cars

2 cars a black Mercedes C class and a Toyota Yaris a regularly parked at the T junction of St Helens Road and Buryfield road breaking Rule 243 of the Highway Code.
