Missing “limited parking sign”, 16th February
There was always “limited parking sign” on the bay outside the Conservative Club, Alcester Rd, Studley. Approx 2 years ago a vehicle knocked the sign down . It was removed and never replaced. This means that nowadays vehicles are parked in the bay all day long. Thus giving limited access to main road when trying to exit from Manor Rd, Previously we had a 50/50 chance of the bay being clear. Please replace the sign.

Banging drain cover, 17th January
The drain cover in the road outside king home estate agents on the alcester road studley does not fit correctly and makes a very loud banging noise every time a car drives over it. This is a considerable nuisance especially at night when residents are trying to sleep but are kept awake by the banging noise from this drain cover.
I have acutaly been woken up by the noise.
I can't pin point which drain cover it is but it's between the the methodist church and the bust stop opposite acorn vets on the Alcester Road Studley.
Can this be renewed/fixed as soon as possible please as with ever increasing road use this carries on all day and night
Thank you

Three lime trees will be felled if planning permission goes ahead for a new development, 20th September
A recent planning application has been made for The Park, Alcester Road, Studley. 22/02511/PIP The lime trees that are currently in situ provide a valuable amenity, attracting wildlife, and providing a seamless view to the river. The trees provide valuable oxygen for what is a busy main road and one which is frequently congested. They also support drainage in an area prone to flooding. The trees we believe are over 100 years old and are a part of this landscape. The trees have also provided valuable shade for local wildlife, especially valuable following this year's heatwave, something we know we can anticipate on an annual basis due to climate change. These trees have formed part of the landscape for a century and are appreciated by visitors and local villagers.
