When I was out walking yesterday along the side path on Perry Common Meadows, I encountered a dead rat on the pavement outside 17 Lawnsfield Grove. This is clearly a health hazard.

Non collection of harzardous waste, 11th April
Myself and my neighbour booked separate hazardous collection of waste with BCC over 4 weeks ago. Firstly, they were in our front gardens and was stated on the booking form. Collection was supposed to be within 2 weeks. 2 weeks elapse I call BCC and was told that they know about it and will collect it. Advisor confirmed where waste was situated. Great. Then a few days later BCC only take 3 of the items and leave the remainder. Cue call to the council. Was told it was supposed to be curb-side which makes no sense to me as it’s classed as hazardous waste. my husband moves ours and neighbours to curb side. Was told by BCC to send an email and they will collect immediately- this was 2 weeks ago. I’ve called again and have informed them that this is a hazard to the public and the wrapping is beginning to come undone due to the nasty weather and people walking on it. Was informed that I have to re tape them as they won’t take them - but they’ve had 4 weeks to collect them. I’ve now re taped them 3 times and they’re opening again - I’m assuming it’s not sticking down properly because of the water. Please can this be collected asap!

3 large potholes at junction of Maney Hill Road / Moss Drive, 12th April
These 3 potholes have been developing for 4 months - much of the road around them is cracking up and developing smaller potholes. I’d be grateful if someone could assess the potholes and potentially the wider issues being created and act accordingly.

Parking on grass verge witton lodge across road from oscott social clubs car park, 4th April
He's been parking like this and worse for weeks now as the other cars are parked on the pavement pedestrians are being restricted especially on bin collection days. Also its all i can see when i am sitting at my dining table it is blocking my light

This is an on going problem and seems to be from the houses on Gravelly Lane that back onto Mona Road by a entry way from the back gardens. Currently number 51 and 49 are being renovated after a quick turn over of private rent and it seems that every time there are new tenants in any of those houses that back onto Mona Rd the rubbish left by the tenant is just dumped on Mona Rd.
