Drains Full of Silt, 5th January
Water goes straight over the top of the drains as they are full of silt. Theres no drain for the full length of simms lane on the school side until you get to the bottom thats able to take water as they are all blocked. Theres water running from hills street and also st andrews street. This results in a flood at the bottom of simms lane thats right across the road and foot path.
