Large Deep Pothole on the Pavement, 27th March
It has already been reported by our Health & Safety team at Hayley Group Ltd on more than one occasion and it has been marked with paint for repair by Dudley Council officials but has not been repaired.

This is at the entrance to Hayley Group Ltd Site 2 on Shelah Road opposite the oil refinery., 27th March
This pothole has been here for 2 years now and we have had various near miss reports regarding pedestrians tripping on the pavement and also vehicles trying to enter / exit the site and driving on the wrong side to avoid the hole. You got as far as painting around it last year, but it still remains unfilled and an accident waiting to happen. Please can this be made a priority.

Very large deep pothole on pavement into Hayley premises. 44ton lorries, cars, vans, go in and out of this premises daily. Council really needs to fill it in. It's been here for months and months

A large food cart, 23rd February
There has been a large food cart abandoned on Cradley road located opposite the block of flats next to the building that was the Elephant & Castle pub, outside the old bucket factory for around five months, it’s tyres are flat & it’s being held up by blocks of wood & an old useless car jack. It’s half on the road & half on the pavement, it’s now starting to tip towards the pavement side which makes it difficult for pedestrians, wheelchair & pushchair users as the road is too busy to go around it on the road side.

Fridge and contents left at location causing littering and a health/rodent hazard, 23rd January
28 Leabank Road, Netherton Fridge has been left outside the front of the property and the storm has knocked it over onto their slopey front garden. The whole contents of the fridge is now on the grass causing little and potentially a health/rodent problem.

Pavement Parking, 15th January
There is a VW Polo that is parking on the grass and camping overnight to fish at the reservoir. This is made possible as they have taken down the post to prevent access with cars to the grassed area via the public footpath. The results of the car driving on the path is that there is lots of mud on the path now. The car normally parks on there during the lead up to a weekend or over a weekend.
