Button for pedestrians is stuck, 17th April

Been there since middle of December, 17th April
Not only blocking the pavement, pushchairs, mobility scooters and wheelchairs cannon get past. Right of way to houses on Glendower Road is blocked. Need access to garage and carport. Also rubbish left just inside the security gates.
