Were we cannot even cross or pull out of a School junction safely due to the increase in vehicles on this Residential road. Were the increase in Noise pollution is effecting ones health daily,Safety racing horns exhaust bikes race. More HMOs on my road 30, then the surrounding white wards have in total in there wards with treble the populace. ?????????? that's what u call lived reality and it is Direct Discrimination equal pay, gentrification Ladywood great track records of this labour council.. Were councillors MP have done nil but support this Labour decisions of trashing all diverse wards in Birmingham. whilst making financial gains Erdington Hall road springs to mind. Do your job and address the social injustice inequalities of this Labour council Nicky Breenan.

Awful rubbish all along the central and reservation and roundabout, 3rd May

Freight obstructing right of way on footpath, 2nd May
Why is there a fifty foot, fifty ton Freight HGV parked on a public right of way. Why has the Highways Engineers not addressed Entrance Exit to these business premises premises along the length of this road. Openly failing to adhere to PSED safety and illegal access over kerbs. By business n planning requirements . Are businesses paying for damage to our footways and kerbs.mantained at public expense.

For the last year (I've had my rescue dog for a year) I've walked past this site every day at first there was one or two bags someone had dumped now there's a whole pile of rubbish including a mattress, clothing etc people seem to be adding to the pile daily!

Parking again on grass verge, 1st May
I am not the only one complaining about this. Last week a yellow West Midlands police notice was added to his windscreen. Alleluah. Nope. Has continued to park on verge destroying grass, blue bells and the wild plants that was planted on the wild life scheme. Oh and the post which showed a wildlife life scheme was uplifted and thrown in bushes so he could park. I will continue to complain until this issue is sorted. Please plant bushes on this section to stop parking

Barriers Picked up twice by residents, now we will continue to log WMCA under sight of the hazards introduced by Authorities including TFWM. Whilst all the above have received honours in successful transport planning and Operations. Waging war on motorists, yet ignoring the businesses implanted here by WMCA BCC, Who now use our footpaths as entrance and exits to there premises. Vandalising bollards so they can continue to damage footways as seen by the red barriers around damaged footpath., Putting bus passengers children Disabled at risk daily since 2017. . A true reflection of lived reality for working class Black marginalised communities, not one reflected in your pretty brochures or honours awards. The barriers are now ready to fall into a 40mph road pushed aside by vehicles, so business can continue using the footpaths.

Bushes whipping you in the face as walking down Halfpenny Field Walk, 30th April
These bushes have overgrown immensely into the public footpath. Struggle to walk past without being hit in the face. Seriously overgrown and need pruning back. It’s been like this since last summer but now much worse .

People with push chairs and wheel chairs have to cross the road on a "blind"bend as they cant fit through the gap., 29th April
This van has been parked there for months, it is blocking the pavement and is also on a bend in the road and has caused a couple of near misses through cars going round the van and then almost hitting other cars on the bend.
On closer inspection on the pavement side of the Van, the windows have been smashed and the tyre is flat.
It has been there for at least 4months with no movement.
