Fly tipping. This is a regular occurrence in this location. I've also seen rats in this location likely linked to the fly tipping issue which remains unresolved in the long term

Fly tipping, 14th April
Again as the bin men refuse to return bins to car park the fly tippers have been attracted to the bins . Not only unsightly but the rubbish which won’t go in bins because residents can’t get to them will be left next to the pile of rubbish and the problem will grow. This causes vermin to be attracted and is a health hazard to elderly people living next to Emo court ant the children who live in Emo Court who need space to play safely. Last weeks report was not actioned on so please help sort this out .
