Possible asbestos dumped, 7th February
Not sure but please check if asbestos has been dumped in a damaged clear plastic covering. Hole in the plastic so if it is asbestos it is exposed. This is on the edge of grass by the bus stop on Holly Hill Rd which is opposite Wareham Road and on the same side as a pathway onto Charnwood Close, Rubery (old Frankley). Just a little up to the opposite of Wareham Rd heading towards Rubery / Frankley.
