Black Bags left on street, 14th May

Tue, 14 May 2024 15:27:25 +0100
52.436788 -1.915593

The corner of Manilla Road and Dogpool Lane has bin bags left out every single week. These bags can be put out at anytime, and therefore can be in the street for 7 days until refuse collections on Wednesday. Bags are torn open and the rubbish spreads up the road; these bags contain cat litter and cat faeces, so pretty unpleasant and hazardous.

Litter pick Heeley Road Selly Oak, 13th May

Mon, 13 May 2024 20:38:43 +0100
52.442727 -1.936065

Please can a litter pick be arranged for the entire length of Heeley Road Selly Oak, from the Bristol Road, right up to where it becomes Umberslade Road. Walked up there today, and it was full of litter - on the pavement, on the grass verges, in the gutters, overflowing wheely bins, it really is a disgrace and looks so unkermpt and really looks disgusting. I hope this can be arranged soon, many thanks, best wishes, sorry no photo.

Overflowing bins, 12th May

Sun, 12 May 2024 13:46:42 +0100
52.436076 -1.893205

This area of Bank st, quite close to the high st, has been a problem for a long time. 2 bins on the pavement are full and overflowing onto the pavement and road. (See photo ) It is a health hazard. I have been told that two council flats there have one smallish bin each which is totally insufficient. Please can these bins be emptied and the surrounding rubbish be cleaned up. Also better bins need to be allocated.

Road sign not removed, 11th May

Sat, 11 May 2024 12:07:07 +0100
52.439454 -1.892562

The diversion road sign has been at the bottom of Valentine rd for some time and is no longer needed. It must be confusing people. Also if rd signs like this are left then people tend not to take any notice when they really mean ‘diversion’ . Please pass my message on to the relevant department. Please could it be removed.
