Outside Golden Barber and the Garden Moon Chinese Takeaway the pavement has continued to be damaged by vehicles. All the slabs which were replaced less and 1 year ago are now broken and are now huge trip hazards. Anyone with a walking stick or walking frame is extremely at risk assessment are small children. This is not the only report and until people are stopped driving and parking in this area it will continue to be an ongoing problem cost money to keep repairing.

Parking on double yellow line and blocking entry, 25th April
We could not enter our gated car park due to this car blocking most of our entry . We had to park in a road some distance from our apartment. This area is between Green Lane and Curley Road B28 8AT .

Large amount Dangerous broken glass on footpath, 24th April

Derelict building falling into disrepair, 20th April
The empty building on the corner of Brook Lane and Coldbath Road is falling into disrepair with parts of the building becoming dangerous. The front of the garage is hanging off and the downpipe on the guttering is missing, both causing danger and risk to pedestrians.

Broken Manhole cover with pothole around it, 20th April
The manhole cover is loose and there is a big pothole developing around it. Cyclists are at risk of coming off their bikes here and cars could be damaged. When it rains, the roundabout and Coldbath Road are flooding causing risk to pedestrians and road users.

Severely damaged road surface, 20th April
The surface of this road has been in poor condition for years but has become so bad in recent months it is almost not in a usable condition at all. There are countless potholes in addition to just a generally poor road surface. You have to drive on the wrong side of the road at times to avoid the worst parts as they will cause significant damage to vehicles
