Large rolls of carpet now dumped next to fridge council have taken over a month to not remove, 4th May
As above; we continue to say several residents have evidence of the dumper but council not interested unless we can name them. Please can you remove this as these men who drive in a van are just continuously adding to this pile of fly tipped rubbish.
