Turning Circle is a permanent carpark, 28th May
The turning circle in Victoria Gardens, Lurgan is now a permanent carpark. The street is very narrow as it is. People rounding the blind corner to the turning circle cannot get turned and then have to attempt to reverse back around the same blind bend. One household permanently parks two cars in the turning circle while another, also with multiple vehicles, has a work van parked up in it going on three days now. This parking regularly obstructs access to one residents rear gate preventing them from putting their bins out. Residents vehicles are now at risk of being damaged as other vehicles are contstantly having to reverse out of the area instead of being able to turn and drive out.

Trash flying around street, 11th March
12 Pollock mews tenants bin was overfilled, without bin bags and flip on the side spreading the trash around district. Usually I don’t mind but they haven’t bother them self to pick it up.

Deep Pothole on Gilford Road approaching Lurgan near 40 mph sign., 17th February
This particular Pothole is deep and a considerable danger to all vehicles, in particularly Motor Cycles and cyclists as it is situated in the driving line and cannot be avoided, especially at night when it cannot be seen!

Parking in cubed sac, 25th May
Occupiers of 52 The Hollows consistently park at least 3 and as many as 6 cars in the cup de sac at my home.
This means that I struggle to get on and off my drive. I have had to ask them to move a car and been verbally abused. My daughter who is now a learner driver cannot get on and off drive

Car abandoned, 7th June
There seems to be a car abandoned in the car park at the Eurospar filling station. It has been there every time I have visited for at least the last 3-4 weeks and I know it hasn't moved because the front driver's side tyre is completely deflated. It is a blue Renault megane.

Deep pothole at junction of Avenue Road and Flush Place, 4th April
Coming from the Avenue road direction, and turning left onto Flush place, there is a large pothole just as the turn starts to straighten out. It started out as a small bump, but has grown over the past few weeks to a larger, potentially damaging pothole. In my opinion the entire junction needs resurfacing, but I understand that budgets are limited. I do think however that this should be patched before any damage does occur.
Further down flush place heading in the same direction, there is another bump in the road that has also been growing in size over recent weeks, but this is not as big a problem.

Smashed glass all over car park, 1st November
After Halloween night, there are a lot of smashed bottles all over the car, including over the parking bays themselves and on the lanes in the car park. This morning I spotted road service vans brushing some of it up, but the majority of the glass still remains. This is probably due to the fact that people parked over the glass anyway, so I recommend that a clean up is done after or before 8am when the car park is not busy.

There is dog mess the whole length of this steel ithe is a disgrace., 18th October
Good evening My name is Victoria Magee. I live on Brownlow Terrace Lurgan. I have recently wrote to the local council about the absolute state of the dog mess on Brownlow Terrace. Only to get a automated form looking what I can only describe as a police statement form. Unfortunately I don't have the time in my day to set up a round the clock surveillance. Which seems to be the only option given to me by the Craigavon bourogh council.
The street is an absolute disgrace. As a home owner on this street it is getting to the stage now where I don't want to be here. This is not an exaggeration at least 3 times a week I need to bleach the street.
For a start the closest dog bin is on north Street. Even implementing this on the street might show some improvement.
Everyday is like a mine field i am ashamed to be living in this area. There was a lot of effort put into the parking issue on the street. Yet kids have to walk to school and residents into their homes with dog foul everywhere. This issue has been going on for many years it is so down heartening that this is just being ignored.
Something needs to be done. What sort of step are going to be put into place. I pay rates like everyone else. The council are very quick to act when they want money yet what is being done to make my living conditions bearable.

Speed Limit sign facing the wrong way, 21st March
One of the two speed limit signs at the approximate location marked on the map has been turned around the wrong way, with one side indicating that you are entering a 40 zone, and the other side indicating national speed limit. This affects both directions.
Issue has been present for a month or so.
