Drains blocked on Colby Park dead end, 4th July
The drains at the dead end of colby park are blocked, have been for years. There is a build up of sludge that has ran down from the rest of the street, the street cleaner just drives around it and cleans the rest of the road.
There is also a severe overgrowth onto the road which regularly hits cars and delivery vans.

Cycle route signage is banjaxed, 8th April
The cycle route signage here is banjaxed - all bashed round on its posts and pointing the wrong way.
The signs for 'City Centre, Botanic Rail Stn.' should be pointing north along the embankment path (they're currently pointing southwest in Harleston Street)
There's also supposed to be a sign for 'Lagan Towpath, Lisburn' pointing south along Lockview Road.

6 cars parked on footpath, 11th February
6 cars parked on footpath where there are double yellow lines. To avoid the double yellow lines they have just parked on the footpath. There is no room for a person to walk past never mind a wheelchair. There is only a footpath on one side and because so many cars are parked in the area, the road is full of slow moving traffic. There is literally nowhere to walk safely. This happens every time a boat meet is on in the boat club and I have never seen a traffic warden down this way to do anything about it.

Traffic lights don't respond to bicycles, 26th September
As above, you're stuck waiting for a car to arrive or you risk your life going through a red light. I reported this 3 years ago and it still hasn't been fixed. This is on a steel bike with alloy wheels so it SHOULD work!

Grass has not been cut, 3rd July
This area of grass has not been cut for weeks. As a result dog owners are allowing their dogs to poo in the grass and leaving it there. Disgraceful that the other grass areas have been cut and this area abandoned. And there has been No weeding done. Area is disgraceful

Silt and weed build up, 20th November
This corner between Glendale Avenue South and Glendale Avenue West beside and behind the Salt Box is always very poorly maintained. Presently there is a considerable amount of leaf build up however this is on top of a silt build up over the past number of years and now there are weeds growing and rubbish being discarded in this area. I have reported this in the past and was promised regular checks however in the past three years there does not seem to have been any cleaning done.
