Bright lights left on where storefront signage removed, 14th February
The former dry cleaners unit on this site has removed their store front sign and appears to have left the unit. However the backlight which was behind the signage has been left switched on and is very bright causing a nuisance to neighbours and potentially dazzling drivers.

We have had numerous calls from residents of Castlehill Farm , concerned about the height and condition of the trees. With the Ash dieback they are worried that these trees may well come down in these storms . Can you please have these inspected and removed.

There is a large pothole that has been there for a couple of weeks. I went over it and it nearly broke my suspension. Very dangerous to vehicles and cyclists

Huge puddle forming blocked gulley, 18th November
When it rains a huge puddle forms here and blocks the bus lane. Now it is dry there is a lot of mud and sludge which could be cleared away and the gulley also needs to be unblocked to prevent further flooding of the bus lane.

Wasteland disgusting is never cleaned any care, 15th September
This is wasteland beside house is horrible and the collectors for rubbish just walk by full of weeds rubbish even saw young guys pee at it I feel unsafe as anyone walk up it would be right at my window I'm disabled or would try to fix it ,I also saw on news that money by government is allocated to clean up streets make th look better and all elderly a quiet street but no lighting and that part is gross and encourage more people drop rubbish it shouldn't be that when they walk up land that they can get round the back easy so my locks pointless live alone sick and even drunk guys urinated there and it's right beside my window been here few yrs they cut grass communal areas but land. Beside me horrible and should never got into that state,realy let's the street Down

Street lighting 3 or 4 missing, 15th September
I've report this before and must b 2 years and still not fixed the lights outside,at least 3 lamps outside broke lot of elderly disabled in street and I have use torch to see the front door!!! It's dangerous and should be checked a long time ago

Branches on base of trees obscure seeing traffic, 13th June
Trees on Cherryvalley Park have branches sprouting at or close to the base of their trunks. This has made it very difficult to see traffic when reversing. It has become quite dangerous. Traffic driving on Cherryvalley Park won’t realise that they cannot be seen by reversing traffic. I have removed the branches of two trees closest to me but the only street needs done.
