I found this dumped along the roadside on 10/10/18 it wasn't there the previous evening at 7pm as it contained a receipt from Tescos, Coleraine from 17/09/18 at 21.46 and a clubcard ending 9599 it should be possible to find out who'd dumped it and probably does so other places. I've taken it to dispose of, but shouldn't have to tidy up after someone to lazy to do so theirselves.
