Selling of cars on a lowered pavement preventing prams and wheelchair access., 20th June
Cars being sold from a public lowered footpath in contravention of rules 243 and 244 of the highway code, thus stopping the access and use of the lowered pavements for pram and wheelchair access, especially at the entrance to a building for disabled people and the River Foyle walkway. This has been ongoing constantly without any cessation for 3 years. The local residents are fed up with it.

At the current moment in time, site is not accessible cause of roadworks or waterworks to make new lines in road.
Pothole has had a chunk of tarmac (somehow) lifted out of ground before the frost. Will update when the waterworks are cleared.
