Abandoned bin on footpath, 22nd December
There has been an abandoned black bin on the footpath for over 6 months. It's opposite no. 39 Rathkyle (no number on the bin). Recently, someone filled it with huge bags of rubbish that are ready to spill out. I couldn't take a photo as kids were playing close by. There is a dead rat on the grass next to it, rats are an issue in the area. Something needs to be done once and for all.

Zebra crossing, 20th January
I would like to suggest this crossing being relocated further up the road. Not only does it cause congestion around the roundabout, it is a hazard to peoples life. A number of cars do not stop and have nearly hit people, the lollipop lady was nearly ran over the other week, the children need to cross the entrance of the school car park to get to it whereas if it was moved slightly further up oriel road it would prevent this. Please consider.

Street light not working, 10th January
There has been a street light out of order outside 19 and 21 greenvale manor gardens for approximately the last two weeks. This poses as a health and safety risk for residents in the area, especially given the dark mornings and evenings for people leaving their houses to commute to work. There are also very young children in this area which make it difficult for parents making the short but incredibly dark and dangerous journey from car to house with all necessary belongings and children in tow. I also had an occasion where I dropped my keys trying to get my toddler from his carseat and found it extremely difficult to find them
