As you turn into Rosemount Avenue & Park there are 5 potholes. They were filled in but are as bad as ever again. You cannot avoid them as there are too many. I know my car and lots of other peoples' will be damaged if this persists.

Litter, 21st August
Over the weekend I have received multiple complaints from parents having to remove their children from the play park for the level of litter scattered across the Sir James Craig Playpark. The bin has been broke open and contents have now spilled out and blowing across the surrounding area.

Nuisance parking, 5th August
Good Morning,
I live in Hillview Avenue, Newtownabbey. The Car park at the top of the street has been closed for over a year now which causes a lot of issues with customers for the commercial units parking where ever they like.
The street is now difficult to get in or out of. People are now parking in front of our house - in front of driveways meaning our cars cannot get out when we need to or enter driveway when we need. Last week my son in law was unable to get his car out of the driveway for over an hour as a customer of the hair dressers had parked over the driveway meaning he was late to work. My daughter had to park in another street on a separate day and walk with a 5 month old baby in the rain as someone had parked over the driveway and she did not want to park in a neighbours space to cause further issues.
Parking is also causing issues for pedestrians especially people with mobility aids or people with prams. I suffer with mobility issues and have had to park further than I am able to walk due to vehicles being poorly parked.
I am unsure where else to turn to as the issue has been ongoing so long. We have previously approached the commercial premises at the top of our street who has advised there is an issue with the landlord of the car park wanting to sell but no commercial premises is prepared to buy it meaning the residents of the street are stuck in limbo.
