Rubbish lying along road verge, 28th January
From Carlingford Pk to st Mary's cemetery on the Old Warrenpoint Rd in Newry, the grass verges are littered with rubbish. Having been cleaned in a long time. Would like to see this eye sore cleaned. It is making our area look bad.

Overturned grit bin, 21st December
Full grit bin overturned, blocking footpath. Attempted to report this by phone to N.I. Direct, who now take all calls for Roads Service. I was told by Aaron Leathem (team manager), that Forest Hills is not under the remit of Roads Service. Obviously this is nonsense, as Roads Service placed the bins there in the first place and have done for many years. The attitude and efficiency of N.I.Direct staff was

Huge pothole, 22nd September
Through the original problem not being addressed by Roads Service, (when originally brought to their attention almost six months ago), a couple of smaller potholes have now merged to create one huge hole in the entrance road to Forest Hills.

Street lights, 22nd February
The approach, entrance and initial road up into Forest Hills is in near darkness. Some street lights on the Old Warrenpoint Road have effectively disappeared (engulfed by overgrown trees). Within Forest Hills itself, street light 1001 is also engulfed in overgrown trees (which have now blocked the pavement for pedestrians including school children). 1003 is completely broken and 1006 is not working. That's half the lights out for one reason or another, just up to the first T junction.
