Aggressive dogs at large, 12th February

Out for a jog today, I was confronted by two large black dogs out on the road near 166 Lower Dromore road. Not one to be particularly afraid of dogs, I had to literally turn around and run for my life as these two dogs chased me, barking and showing their teeth. I had to actually climb up onto a wall to take refuge from them (ripping my expensive running bottoms in the process!). Eventually I got away, frustrated and admittedly a little shook up. On talking with a local resident, it appears these two belong to a local farmer (who lives in/beside a thatched house?) around 166 Lower Dromore Road. I was also told that I was not the first person to complain about them. I pity any children or horse owners who would want to go out for a walk on that road, as it is effectively sealed off by these two very aggressive dogs. It's a disgrace, surely the owner knows what they are like and should keep them on his property?
