Illegal swimming pool, 21st April
THE DUCKS are it it again. HUGE illegal swimming pool has been built on the Ballygowan Road where the pin is on the map. It's 12 inches wide, 6 inches deep and around 2 foot long.
This is going to cause serious damage or a collision. Perhaps some more compensation claims that my £1,600 rates bill can help to pay.
PLEASE get this swimming pool fixed tomorrow. It is not acceptable to see the Ballygowan Road in this state.

This area is now home to The Mill NI
Are they insured should this trailer enter the road? Are they paying business rates to use this public land to advertise from?
Https://www.themillni.com (028) 3839 2281 info@themillni.com
This public land is also home to a second hand car business and the Ultratherm lorry carrying advertising.
FYI The Mill NI have a similar trailer parked on the layby at Sprucefield with the same advertising on.
Given a decision was eventually made about the David Rogers trailer at the same spot in Banbridge I hope planning can quickly get these removed from this area. It's making Banbridge look like a pigsty.
Thank you

Fly Posting, 15th March
This company have totally vandalised almost every single lamp post along the river walk from Banbridge Leisure centre to past Peggy's Loanin.
They have made the whole walk a complete mess.
There are at least 22 stickers from this company (and others, but this is the worst). Can you please get them to remove them?

This area is still home to the illegal street trader selling secondhand cars (over three months now)
We now have Ultratherm occupying this land.
This area desperately needs small concrete bollards to keep this area tidy.
This is a busy roundabout and should not have advertising placards on it to distract drivers. Someone is going to have a nasty collision here one day.
Your support in getting this removed is appreciated.
What is the best path to lobby for bollards to keep this area clean and safe?
Thanks

This is the second report from this Newry company. The first report was outside the health village and now this one has been placed on the railings outside St. Mary's School, Scarva Road.

Flyposters, 23rd February
Another disrespectful Newry company has littered our town. Two out of the three reports I've made in 2024 have been Newry companies (as per 2023). Can someone not pick up the Bat Phone to Newry and Mourne and tell them to get their act together? They are making work for ABC since they don't manage the problem in their area.
This business has also stuck these on the trolley shelters in Tesco (small one) and LIDL. They are not so sticky and very easily removed.

Grossly offensive signage at 2 locations, 4th December
This signage is vile and grossly offensive. Two of these trailers are up near the Boulevard shopping centre.
The first is on the entrance to Banbridge as you leave the A1 towards the FE McWilliam Roundabout.
The second is located at the mouth of Cascum road by the filling stations.
This church is based in Hawaii, USA and I cannot find any presence of it here. Finding these people is going to be impossible and therefore these trailers should immediately be removed. They have a large "DONATE" button on their site, which I suspect is why these trailers are being littered all over the place.
This is a very negative image for visitors to our town and people just wanting to do their shopping. This is a secular society and to have this vile instruction forced upon us is unacceptable.
These trailers were at the same location earlier this year.
There is a third trailer appeared on the fly poster city roundabout as you approach Newry from the A1.
I have also seen this same signage along our towpath near Poyntzpass earlier this year, not sure if it's still there.
The trailer on the slip road is not even anchored properly. A gust of wind would possibly see it run into the road and cause injury or death.
The planning team have so far been utterly ineffective at removing these trailers but I would ask these be treated with priority.
Many thanks
