Car parked on footpath and on white solid line. blocking view from junction going to cause an accident.whilst out with my 7mth old baby girl in her pram, I have to navigate onto the road because this car (a black Vauxhall) is on footpath. there is plenty of parking space! The street lights are not working at night in Meadowvale drive from number 1a until number 9 and the light in the alley beside 1 Meadowvale Drive aswell. Please could someone have a wee look at them i would be very greatful
