Obstruction of Disabled parking spots, 17th February
The car I sent a picture of is parking in a no park zone, they're parked on a path for pedestrians. I saw a disabled man parked next to this car in a disabled parking spot and he was struggling to get in and out of his car because of this red car parked next to it. Remember the red car is parked on a spot where it shouldn't be. Its not for cars.

Concrete section of this carriageway towards Newtownards and coming from Newtownards has numerous potholes in the concrete which has been replaced with tarmac which doesn’t stay in the holes, most are failing or been repaired very badly.

This has been an ongoing issue at the same location year after year so appears the temporary fixes are not working and a waste of funds, they are also a big hazard to the many cyclists along with the curve in the road and requires immediate attention!
