Eyesore of a bin outside the Tipsy Bird hospitality venue, 7th December
There is a badly maintained public bin regularly not emptied in particular the cigarette bin on top. It is covered in graffiti and has scorch marks from going on fire previously. I would like this bin relocated ideally or at least changed and properly maintained. This is getting worse but has been a problem for years.

Van Blocking Alley Entrance, 31st August
A large white van is regularly parked on this corner of Lawnmount Street meeting My Ladys Road. The vehicle blocks the gated entrance to the back alley of housing restricting access for residents moving general waste bins and other large items.

Fly tipping newington street entry, 18th June
Rubbish every were in newington street 3 bins also in the entry with no lids or wheels full of rubbish , large rats running about the entry , been reported loads of times and never seems to be cleaned , cleaning squad used to clean the entry seems no more

This white car parking partially front of my house without keeping any gap ! Even there is planty of space at the front and I have told her many time with note to do considerable parking so I can park my car but she ignored every time and parked very very end keeping no safe gap to park my car which caused so much stress every night when I came from work to home ., 9th June
It’s front of 8 Abingdon drive and 6 Abingdon drive I live in 6 Abingdon drive but lady from other street always park front of my neighbour and a bit of front of my house! Which causes tremendous problems for me to park my big car as she on purpose park car without keeping any safe gap . Even she has plenty of space front of her !

Fixed metal pavement litter bin, 13th March
Outside No.93 Rugby Avenue. Whole heavy duty bin has fallen over onto it's side, breaking it's fixing points to pavement. Bin cannot be used now. This bin has been importantly positioned between local shops and those pedestrians and others, entering the Holyland area. For collection of immediate packaging/wrappers etc.

Non resident parking on footpath tight to front door, 16th February
People continuously park on residential streets, stopping residents from being able to park at their homes. These people are not residents or visiting anyone on the street but are going the local hospital or council offices nearby. This has been a continuous issue for multiple years.

Traffic light sensor, 23rd January
The right turn filter from East Bridge Street to Ravenhill Road does not detect bicycles. If no car is present to trigger the sensor the light will not turn green, leaving cyclists stuck in the middle of busy roads

KENILWORTH PLACE: Public abusing private, residential carpark, 4th August
Members of the public keep using our residential, private car park and leave their cars for several hours. Carers who tend to a resident couldn’t get parked to the spaces being taken up by those who do not live here or have any connections to the residents here.
The side of the car park running along the brown fence is for private use, this is stated on signs along the fence. The opposing side is for public use, however when the spaces on that side are full they use the spaces on our side.

Lorries and buses causing house to shake, 26th July
When lorries, HGVs and the like go down the road too fast it actually causes the house to shake and I am worried about damage. Ravenhill appears to be getting more traffic lately, and the lights are badly affecting the traffic.

Church is blasting music via loudspeaker, 24th July
Hello - so for two sundays in a row now the church near the Spar in the Holylands i believe its called 'City Church Belfast' has been blasting hymns and sermons over some sort of loudspeaker system and is audible up to 4 streets away.
I work nights, as do many other people in this area, and for two weeks now my sleeping cycle has been disrupted by this noise. If people wanted to listen to their sermons they would be attending the church. It is not fair on myself or to the other people living here.
