Comedy fun, 17th April
A newly laid stretch of road is going to get treatment after a couple of months, which shows the shoddy quality tax payers are funding, meanwhile sunken roads, pot holes and other damaged/collapsing surfaces around Shepton Mallet and indeed the rest of the county...aren't 'safety defects' for road users. Road markings for right filter lane warn, 29th March
For several months on Compton Road the right turn, into Westway Lane filter lane white road markings have been warn. They are now almost completely gone. This results in it being dangerous when waiting to turn right into Weswsy Lane as to oncoming cars it appears that you are waiting in the middle of a wide road.

Private wall has been hit right next to a public foot path, 26th March
The wall of the carpark of Mayfair house 39 Charlton road (running along the public foot path of victoria grove) was hit this morning by a lorry. Insurance has been informed and contact is being made with a builder. As this wall is right next to a public foot path, we are concerned for people's safety when walking past, the stones are so heavy they could really hurt someone if it fell.

Potholes, 13th March
Due to you repeatedly not addressing the flooding issue in our road, your recent bodged repairs of potholes have failed within a month. When it rains, the road floods and the holes cannot be seen or avoided, and are currently bad enough to damage car suspension. When flooding is bad, the road is inaccessible. If an ambulance cannot get along here you may be facing a massive bill for compensation. TWO major issues, is anyone listening?
