A deep pothole right in the middle of the bend coming up the hill travelling towards Shepton Mallet, 2nd February
A very dangerous and deep pothole about 2 foot wide formed around a sunken drain. Very bad and needs urgent repair.

Gulley still blocked, ice hazard, 8th January
Drainage gulley at side of road blocked with leaves & twigs causing water to sit on the road. This area is a frost pocket and is treacherous when icy, this has been reported approx Nov 23 but not actioned yet.

Drainage gulley blocked with leaves and sticks causing water to build up and spill into the road. Please clear the blockage before we hit ice season because this area is treacherous when icy.

A large section of the berthed has now become a very deep gully and has the potential to cause a serious accident on the road travelling towards Oakhill., 11th November
The very long section of the side verge has disappeared due to a rather large and heavy lorry/bus coming off the road and has now created. 2 ft deep drop right along side this section of road and is about 50ft-60ft long, along the side of the road! This deep gully needs to be filled in ASAP! As it has potential to cause a serious accident to all road users! Needs URGENT ACTION as this is near impossible to see in the dark and will cause a serious accident and damage to vehicles. Especially if two large lorries are passing along this section of road. It will get worse the longer this section of road is left in this state!

Both sets of white lines have gone or been wiped off the road! Very dangerous and needs to be re painted! Have witnessed cars not stopping and will cause an accident soon! Please repaint the white junction lines ASAP!

Road Corrosion Bath Road B3139/B3135!, 22nd February
Due to heavy rains, edges & surfaces of the road have corroded away and shortened the width of the road for larger vehicles. You can see tyre tread marks on the grass where some have slightly gone off-road.
Road resurfacing is needed upto West Horrington 40mph sign.

2 very deep 10" inch + pot holes on the left side of the road B3135 near the entrance to the farm., 17th February
2 Very Deep (10" deep x 15" wide) pot holes have appeared (in the same place as previous! Very dangerous and in Urgent need of repair! On the left side travelling towards Green Ore. This is a re-offending pothole and needs to be repaired properly - as heavy machinery is tearing up this part of the road! Very DANGEROUS now - especially in the dark and wet weather!
