Hello. Excessive weed growth along pathway, it was reported last year and some got removed(not sure who by) but this section wasn't touched. It makes the path narrow and awkward to navigate if you meet others coming the other way. As the summer goes on it will get worse as the weeds, Inc nettles, wil get bigger and flop over path. Cycle path unsafe due to overgrown vegetation, 15th May
The weeds / plants / bushes have grown so far over the path it is not safe for 2 people to pass. Especially dangerous on the downhill slope to Radstock road.

Light 752 out in turning area Overdale ng , 14th May
Reported this last week and a few days later someone came out to fix it but the next day went to go to work at 4 am and it is still not working and hasn't been for 4 weeks in total and this is the only light at this end of road so is pitch black and dangerous

Unsightly kerbside weeds need removing/treating along Nightingale Way/Falcon Close, which has been recently adopted by the Council. It used to look so nice., 14th May
Kerbside weeds have been allowed to grow since the space was adopted by our Council. The former company treated them regularly and it looked in keeping with a new estate.

Overgrown weeds, 14th May
The weeds on the cycle path are over growing the cycle path, reducing the width. There's only room for one person/bike to pass. This is also an area with a Tick problem. Overgrown and overhanging vegetation like this increases the chances of humans and dogs being bitten by Ticks. Therefore this is a health risk.

Cycle track/Wellow Brook Meadow, 12th May
I emailed you last week with this problem and will continue to do so until someone listens , again the litter has been dropped on Friday for collecting and is then left for days so it all gets ripped apart and there is litter coming onto the close too with all sorts in there including dog excrement this is unacceptable if you want to empty all the bins along the cycle track and leave them then leave this rubbish elsewhere not in our cul de sac!

Fly-tipping in the bin store of 7 wellowbrook cottages, 11th May
Good morning, I am the landlord of 7 Wellowbrook Cottages, Radstock, BA3 5SF. The tenants have received letters over the weekend stating that the bins will not be collected. I've attached pictures of the bin store and I am very concerned about the health and safety issues having this much waste lying around, rats and young children playing. I have spoken to the tenants this morning about the importance of recycling and keeping to their allocated number of bins but they have noted neighbouring houses putting rubbish into the bin store and which is leaving them with no space for their own waste. Can we arrange BANES cleansing team to come and clear away this waste please as I am concerned about the cleanliness of having this much rubbish lying around. Kind regards,
