Coming from Frome direction on A36, left turn, entering Branch Road, first 15 metres, 17th April
Although one pothole has already been reported, the general condition of the road surface is very poor, having been repaired multiple times, and is once again rapidly deteriorating. Run-off flooding is accentuating the attrition of the surface. Given that this is an exceptionally busy junction it would be desirable to fully strip the road and apply heavy duty asphalt.

A very large and deep pothole on the B3110 (Bath road) which has been developing for several months. Due to the narrow road, it is difficult to avoid and is now approx 10inches deep. Very dangerous! It is throwing gravel up around it. There is a second pothole at the junction of Green Lane with the Bath Rd which is also worsening quickly.

40 high street-outside property with large wooden door opposite Rise and Crown pub, 22nd February
This is the disabled parking bay my parents requested outside their home as my mother is disabled. They are increasingly finding people parked in this bay. When this happens a they o godly have to park further away which makes it very difficult for my mum to access their home as she has very poor mobility. The cars that park there - like this one - do not present a disabled badge in the window so we are assuming they do not have a disability. As the DISABLED road marking is now so faint we expect this is likely causing the confusion and these are honest mistakes. Can you arrange to reprint the marking so they can regain access to the space? I’m worried about her having to walk along the rather up and down paved pavements and risking a fall. Many thanks
