Second or third time we have reported this, there is a dangerous boundary wall in the public right of way, 6th April
It is being ripped apart by the ivy growing in it and is very unstable, last year part of the wall fell out and we are concerned it will collapse on someone at some point as the drung way is very narrow. Please advise how to resolve, we have spoken to a representative of the residents management committee in Williamstowe and they don’t seem to be able to advise who is responsible for the wall. Also concerned it will collapse and damage our wall which is just the other side of the drung and is sound. Please action urgently, o e bad frost could bring the whole thing down as has happened along other parts of the drung in recent years. This is a six foot wall so would do considerable damage!

Missed General waste collection, 27th March
The communal bin located at The Viaduct (at the bottom of Brassknocker Hill) was not emptied on Tuesday, March 26th, and the following scheduled collection is on April 9th. Since this bin serves nine households for general waste disposal, it mustn't be left uncollected for another 2 weeks. Already overflowing, the situation poses a severe risk of attracting rodents to the area. Immediate action is necessary to prevent further complications and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Confusing road, marking both parking space and solid white line, 27th March
It’s no longer possible to exit the Scout hut with the minibus or trailer as people park directly opposite due to the fact that it is now marked with solid white line and a parking space. This needs to be marked with just a solid white line so that we can continue to exit the Scout hut with a minibus trailer. They used to be double yellow lines here.

The workmen working on Shaft road have blocked the main road, 21st March
Roadworks licence QD0193003614-02 is for closure of shaft road, the workmen are using North Road and Claverton Down road to park their works vehicles on making to the road too narrow for cars to pass on resulting in very large queues of traffic, in one direction beyond Brassknocker Hill and the other way beyond Ralph Allen Drive.
This should have been in their traffic management plan.

Pothole, 21st March
There is a large pothole on the right hand side of the road going up BrassKnocker Hill just before the turn off for Church Lane. I hit the pothole on Saturday 16th March in the morning approx 9am. As result of hitting the pothole, I felt vibrations through the steering wheel and today (21st March) after visiting a garage have had to have the wheel alignment. I would like to claim costs to cover this work.

Catch on gate is not working, 20th March
The catch doesn’t ‘catch’ on this heavy iron gate, probably because the hinge has dropped. Consequently it’s being left open and could be a danger to escaping children or dogs

On B3310 at Midford, opposite Mill Cottages and close to junction with the Pipehouse., 19th March
This pothole has been getting steadily worse for some weeks, and is now becoming very noisy (from my point of view as a nearly resident) and quite deep and dangerous (for motorists and cyclists). It's in a 30mph zone (though limit is constantly ignored) and surroundingh road surface generally is in poor and deteriorating condition with other smaller potholes appearing.
