Blocked drain causing flooding on pavement and private driveway, 27th April
This is an ongoing issue that does not get fixed. The problem is getting worse as the drain is not maintained as well as failing at dealing with surface water. It now floods onto our property which is not acceptable.

The bin is full to overflowing and there was a bag of rubbish strewn over the cycle lane and footpath,. That has been cleared by a shopkeeper, 27th April

A surveyor has recently inspected 15 Gay Street and concluded that the damp in the property is like to be caused by hydrostatic pressure from the pavement above, likely as a result of these loose paving slabs. Litter, e.g. beer cans etc in the boat dock close to Pulteney Weir, 25th April
Now that the boat dock is dry there are obvious beer cans and rubbish which don't give a good impression to tourists and citizens who use these steps to the river path and also to admire Pulteney Weir.
