The tree in the garden of 51 Haycombe Drive is overhanging the public footpath/alleyway in two places between 51 and 53 Haycombe Drive. It is now so low that you need to duck when passing through the alleyway. It's so overgrown it is overhanging in two places right across the lane and into the garden of the house on the opposite side of alleyway (53 Haycombe Drive)

Water running around drain, 5th May
There is an ongoing problem of water seeping out of the grass bank. This is not flowing into the drain. Please would it be possible to cut out a channel to help the water drain away. At the moment it tends to run along the top of the car park and create mud and silt.

Traffic calming, 3rd May
The traffic calming installation promotes dangerous driving and speeding. A large number of drivers can handle the simple instructions to give way, but a (seemingly larger number) are slamming on their brakes as they realise last minute they have to give way, or are increasing their speed significantly to "follow the train" through narrower road. I wasn't sure how to raise my concerns on this matter and so I gave logged it through this as a Google search suggested.

I’m sorry to have to report a repeat of the incident only two days ago, 1st May: another lot of rubbish, including food waste, is strewn across the road at the northern end (innermost part) of Lymore Gardens. Over grown and over hanging hedge on Lymore Avenue, 2nd May
Despite this being reported by others previously the hedge bordering 34 Claude Avenue is falling into/ onto the pavement of Lymore Avenue. This has made the pavement now impassible and impacting safety of pedestrians as they have to walk into the road to pass. This needs urgent attention as children going to school are at risk of harm and are being put in danger.
